Vivienne Dykes
is the principal dietitian and began a private practice in Hamilton in 1998, developing it over the years and moving to the Anglesea Clinic and starting Dietitians at Anglesea in 2006. In 2010, she started Dietitians on Wynyard in Devonport, Auckland.

Vivienne is passionate about educating, motivating and inspiring people to lead healthy, balanced lives. She has extensive experience in helping people with the challenges faced when changing eating and lifestyle behaviour. She works in all areas of dietetics (with the exception of sports nutrition) including weight management, Type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, bowel and gastric problems, food sensitivities and eating disorders. This includes rest home menu audits and individual client consultations in rest homes (refer "For Clients"), Traumatic Brain Injury (under contract to ACC), and staff education and training.


Rena Fausett
, Dietitian.
Rena Fausett has been part of Dietitians at Anglesea since 2006 and has worked with athletes since 1998. Rena is an accredited nutrition provider with the NZ Academy of Sport, and has worked both as a Personal trainer and as a Strength and Conditioning coach for athletes.
Rena is enthusiastic about helping people improve their overall nutrition and food intake, and has worked with a wide range of client groups. Rena’s main specialties are Sports Nutrition and Eating Disorders, although Rena also enjoys all aspects of family nutrition, including educating women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.


 Katherine Olson is our newest addition to Dietitians at Anglesea and has a keen interest in the importance of nutrition in our daily lives and the influence it can have on health. She works in the areas of diabetes, weight management and high cholesterol and also has an interest in nutiriton for the elderly having participated in studies and projects in this area of elder nutrition.

Katherine is a keen athlete and has represented New Zealand at the Athletics World Youth Games in Morocco as well as attending the Academy for Young Achievers (Sport Waikato).
